The teaching process of what to do is being demonstrated and if you have a new IBO with you, they are being trained too. Peter Cox said it best, “I NEVER go to a meeting by myself! I always have a downline person with me, helping me do a startup or plan. I am leveraging my time by training and presenting at the same time. Remember, I do not want a job, I want my freedom.” What are you doing? Are you training your team or just doing a task?
When a leg has two or three IBOs taking ownership, then you can feel confident enough that leg will prosper and your role turns from doer to mentor, helping these IBOs improve.
