There are several nuggets of wisdom included in the CEP this month.
Starting with Louie Carrillo speaking on his AH HA moment as he was billing to Diamond. He uses the Greyhound racing concept in his talk. He likens all of us as the Greyhounds chasing the rabbit. Only if you are focused will you catch the Amway “Rabbit.” He notes that when you chase a single goal you are more likely to achieve that goal than if you chase two goals (rabbits) at the same time . Both rabbits will get away.
What I also learned from his talk was the focus of developing depth. Finding a worker in your team (he called them a Horse) and working with that person or couple to expand and help them reach their dream. Louie shared that when you have 6 or 7 “Horses” in a leg, then you have a solid Platinum leg.
Peter Cox talks about drive – staying attached to your dream.
Ali Gannadan delivers a powerful talk on developing leaders club teams and how that is the basic for the business. I really like the specific pointers he shares that I intend to use right away in our building program.
Kevin Sears discussion on how he got (and continues to achieve) over 100 people at the Weekend Conferences. You will want to listen to his key points.
ACTIONS FOR YOU
Start by ordering the CEP to grow you belief and expand your education and mind.
Set a goal now on what you want to achieve this month and then work on it each day.
Entrepreneurs understand the key principles of business is that if you want to be successful – in the beginning you must depend on your efforts, your idea, and your will. This business is no different. Every one of us starts in the same place and by helping others you achieve success.
Your Business, your team, your family, your success… all depend on it.
